The Outperformers' League is an exclusive forum, where
fleet owners interact with other stakeholders in the trucking industry. It
provides an opportunity for fleet owners to access first-hand information on
crucial business-related aspects and concerns. The latest session of the OPL -
Large Format was held in Delhi on the 25th of October, 2013. To go
over important details about the Market Load Operators segment. A whopping 178 individuals attended
the seminar, including 78 unique fleet owners, 5 unique retail customers and
even 2 financiers from ICICI bank.
The
session, which was hosted by Mr. Ashish Naik, ABM (Delhi), MTBL, was kick
started with a warm welcome speech Mr. Satya, GM – North, MTBL. He then
followed up with an informative corporate and OPL presentation. Next to take
the stage was the enigmatic Mr. Bharat Khanna, GM, Arshiya. His presentation on
the current trends and future prospects of market loads through Private Freight
Terminals was met with an extremely positive response from the audience. In
fact, some people in the audience asked for his presentation post the session.
Even the presentation by Dr. Batra on ‘How to
motivate transport employees/drivers to Outperform’ was loved and
appreciated. The close interaction with Fleet Owners and Financers by the MTBL
& Dealer Team was another wonderful highlight of the successful session.
Mr. Ashish
Naik took to the stage again to give the vote of thanks. Bringing an end to yet
another successful OPL event.
The
customers also went on to share their views about the Delhi OPL event:
Mr. Babbu Singh (RKRT): I was
earlier under the impression that Mahindra is inviting us for a customer meet.
Many times I had refused. After coming here I have understood what I had
refused earlier was really an A-class, fully-loaded program. I enjoyed
everything.
Mr. Arminder (D.U.M.T): OPL is now
becoming necessary for transporters. People who want to explore will definitely
come to here. Hats off to Mahindra who started from scratch and is now giving
competition to its competitors.
