Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. - Truck & Bus Division’s pioneering Management Development Program ‘MPOWER’ now has an interesting extension that helps its participants to take the learning experience to an advanced stage. ‘MPOWER War Room’ is a level up.

For the uninitiated, ‘MPOWER’ is designed in association with the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad, with the objective of bringing professionalism to the trucking industry through young transport entrepreneurs. Today, MPOWER has successfully completed three phenomenal batches. The participants of all the three batches vouch for their experience to be very rich. They are confident of taking their family business to the next level by applying all the learning from the MPOWER program.

Through the ‘MPOWER War Room’, Mahindra’s Truck & Bus Division aims at presenting an opportunity to the MPOWER participants (of Batch I and II) to share their outperformance story with their peers. The participants have to share how they applied the learning from MPOWER to excel and take their transport business to greater heights. The participants peg their growth, learning and presentation skills with the best of their co-participants.
